Our Mission

Founded in 2007, Hebei Huayun Shuntong Special Vehicle Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is located in Quyang County, Baoding City, Hebei Province. It is a key enterprise for the research and development and production of special vehicles under the management of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology’s “Announcement of Automobile Manufacturers and Products.” The company has passed ISO9001 quality management system certification and GJB9001-2017 weapons and equipment quality management system certification, and its products have obtained the national “3C” mandatory certification. The company has received numerous honors, including being named a “Specialized, Refined, and Innovative Small Giant Enterprise” by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, a “High-tech Enterprise” in Hebei Province, a “Specialized, Refined, and Innovative Enterprise” in Hebei Province, a “Science and Technology-based Small and Medium-sized Enterprise” in Hebei Province, a “Military-Civilian Integration Enterprise” in Hebei Province, and an “Excellent Unit in Militia Professional Force Construction.”

Our WorkShop

Hello everyone. Today I’ll show you the manufacturing strengths of HYST heavy-duty vehicle production base from four dimensions.

1. Precision Machining Workshop (Core Foundation)

Equipped with gantry machining centers, horizontal CNC precision machine tools and other high-end equipment, we implement standardized operation management.

We adopt integral frame welding and integrated precision processing instead of traditional split splicing, fundamentally eliminating dimensional deviation. All holes, sizes and connecting positions reach stable millimeter-level precision, laying a solid structural base for vehicle safety and durability.

2. Standardized Assembly Workshop (Fine Craftsmanship)

The clean, tidy production environment avoids impurities and assembly errors.

All hydraulic pipes are one-time bent and shaped without secondary modification, making pipelines and wiring neat and ensuring system stability and durability.

Whole-process paint protection is applied during assembly to prevent bumps and scratches. Every procedure is strictly inspected to guarantee finished vehicles meet full quality standards.

3. Human-oriented Enterprise Management

We have a comfortable staff lounge with sofas, hot and cold drinks to satisfy employees’ rest and daily supply demands, embodying people-centered management behind rigorous production.

4. Strict Offline Performance Testing

Assembled vehicles will not be delivered directly. Each unit undergoes static load tests and dynamic comprehensive tests simulating real working scenarios. We check overall stability, running smoothness, power and functional response repeatedly. Only fully qualified vehicles are allowed shipment to rule out defects, ensuring strong load capacity, safety and reliability.

For 20 years, HYST has adhered to quality-oriented development. Going forward, we will keep focusing on vehicle production, relying on solid manufacturing strength and exquisite workmanship to provide stable, high-quality vehicles to support customers’ business development.

After several years of development, the company’s total assets have reached hundreds of millions of yuan. It has a 5,000-square-meter office building and nearly 350 professional employees, forming a resilient, strong, united, and highly skilled technical team.

Diligent in research and development, it has mass-produced SPMT/SPT self-propelled hydraulic axle transport vehicles, various models of road-type hydraulic axle transport vehicles, and ship transport vehicles, specializing in the transportation of large equipment in offshore/onshore wind power, water conservancy, mining, and marine engineering fields. Relying on superior quality and stable technical performance, our products have successfully completed numerous first-of-its-kind heavy-lift transport projects in China. Currently, the company’s products are sold throughout China and exported to more than 40 countries and regions, including Russia, Saudi Arabia, India, Brazil, Chile, Malaysia, Turkey, New Zealand, Kazakhstan, Singapore, Vietnam, the Philippines, and Thailand, enjoying high customer satisfaction.
