Today we’d like to introduce the SPT self-propelled hydraulic modular transporter.
Equipped with a Huachai Deutz engine-powered PPU power unit, this vehicle delivers ample power with a rated output of 360 kW for strong and stable performance. Its PPU lifting angle can reach 13°, granting superior trafficability over complex road conditions.
It features user-friendly dual-mode remote control (wired and wireless) with an 8-way joystick, which is easy to learn and enables precise operation.
The human-machine interface is highly practical: the monitoring system supports both Chinese and English for global application, and integrates one-click automatic calibration, real-time system monitoring and automatic fault diagnosis functions.
Key components comply with European standards. Core parts including drive motors, hydraulic pumps, controllers, steering valve groups and quick oil connectors are all supplied by world-class top-tier brands.
Each drive axle provides traction of 160 kN, representing top-tier configuration among domestic counterparts. It can be matched with SYV3 hydraulic modular trailers.
The whole vehicle steel is manufactured in line with European specifications. Its robust torsion-resistant main frame adopts an enclosed load-bearing structure to withstand concentrated loads with excellent tensile resistance. The integral frame is precisely processed by a CNC gantry machining center to achieve ultra-high dimensional accuracy, enabling seamless barrier-free splicing between multiple vehicles.
For enhanced safety, the vehicle is fitted with outline marker lights and an intelligent monitoring system to guarantee safe night-time operations. Its steering system has been fully upgraded: an advanced electronic steering system replaces traditional bogie steering for easier operation and more accurate steering response. It also supports flexible vehicle grouping in three-longitudinal and four-transverse splicing arrangements.
